27 members of Outlaws motorcycle gang indicted for organized crime

Twenty-seven members and associates of the American Outlaw Association (Outlaws) motorcycle gang were indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia.

The indictment charges that the men participated in a criminal enterprise that engaged in a wide range of crimes, including attempted murder, kidnapping, assault, robbery, extortion, witness intimidation, narcotics distribution, illegal gambling and weapons violations.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided the gang's clubhouse near 2nd and Maple in Milwaukee. ATF agents were seen removing boxes from the building Tuesday morning.

The indictment alleges that the Outlaws motorcycle gang is an organized criminal enterprise with a multi-level chain of command overseen by Jack Rosga, AKA Milwaukee Jack, who serves as the Outlaws National President.

Outlaws leaders and members in Wisconsin, Maine, Montana, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina and Virginia were charged in the indictment.

According to the US Attorney's Office, "Under Rosga's leadership, the enterprise is alleged to have engaged in violent racketeering activities with the intent to expand its influence and control various parts of the country against rival motorcycle gangs, particularly the Hell's Angels."
