OUTLAW Motorcycle Club members have gathered in the city in a show of support for Finks Motorcycle Club members served with anti-consorting orders by SA Police last week.
Finks Adelaide North chapter Sergeant At Arms, Mick MacPherson, said he was served with an order last Friday along with every other club member.
A spokeswoman for Police Commissioner Mal Hyde issued a written statement today saying that control orders had not been served on Finks members.
Instead, police issues warning notices, telling Finks members they could be committing an offence by associating with people more than six times in a year.
Mr MacPherson said he believed the orders were linked to a poker run organised by the United Motorcycle Council of SA two weeks ago, in which Adelaide Hills hotels were closed after a request by the Police Commissioner.
