SEIZING money from illegal bikie activities would be a better way of undermining organised crime than banning bikies from associating with each other, a report says.
The report by the Australian Crime Commission Committee noted that anti-association laws, like those in South Australia, carried a risk that police would find it easier to pursue foot soldiers rather than the leaders of criminal activities.
