A BIKIE accused of a gunning down a friend on an isolated Coast road blew kisses to his crying partner in the public gallery when he made his first court appearance on a murder charge yesterday.
Shane Michael Oulds, 37, faced Maroochydore Magistrates Court over the death of 24-year-old Buddina man Jye Burns.
The Rebel Motorcycle Club member did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody to face a committal mention on September 15.
A passing motorist found the badly injured Mr Burns lying on Old Caloundra Road at Landsborough about 10pm last Thursday.
He had been shot in the face and died at the scene.
