BBC worker sacked after being unmasked as Hell's Angel

A BBC Wales reporter has been sacked after it emerged he was a member of the leather-clad Hell’s Angel biker gang.
Motorbike-loving Steve Jones, 51, used his Hell's Angel codename of Echo to publicly criticise police for their handling of a biker's festival.
Jones, the BBC TV and radio news correspondent for Mid-Wales, was interviewed by unsuspecting colleagues on Radio 4 and 5 to speak up for the notorious motorcycle gang.
But his distinctive voice was recognised by BBC colleagues who launched an inquiry into why one of their staff was acting as a spokesman for the bikers.
Jones was also interviewed on TV wearing a pair of Easy Rider-style sunglasses and a Hell's Angel's badge on his jacket.
He was one of the organisers of the annual 'Biker's Bash' in the Midlands - and criticised police for being heavy-handed and using a stop-and-search policy.
