U.S. Attorney Chuck Miller announced in Charleston Tuesday that 55 members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club were named in a 44-count indictment for a variety of violent crimes.
"Kidnapping, racketeering, robbery, extortion, and conspiracy to commit murder," Miller told reporters in detailing the allegations against the biker organization.
