Feds Crack Down on Motorcycle Gang

CHARLESTON -- Charles Miller, United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, announced today the unsealing of a 44-count indictment charging 55 members and associates of the Pagans Motorcycle Club with numerous violent crimes such as kidnapping, racketeering, robbery, extortion, and conspiracy to commit murder, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's office. U.S. Attorney Chuck Miller announced in Charleston Tuesday that 55 members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club were named in a 44-count indictment for a variety of violent crimes.

"Kidnapping, racketeering, robbery, extortion, and conspiracy to commit murder," Miller told reporters in detailing the allegations against the biker organization.
