On this day in 1969, AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL PICTURES released HELL’S ANGELS ‘69. Directed by LEE MADDEN, this low budget, poorly made exploitation movie played to drive-in crowds and glorified all things biker. The film stars TOM STERN, JEREMY SLATE and THE OAKLAND HELL’S ANGELS (as themselves). An interesting little novelty piece when you consider all the charitable things the ANGELS have done since those days.
