Police moving on Hells Angels - Video

State Crime Command boss assistant commissioner Dave Hudson said bikie gangs involved in criminal activity should "be scared".

He denied the police had acted too soon and should have waited until the outcome of a High Court challenge to similar laws in South Australia where the Full Court of the Supreme Court overturned control orders imposed on eight members of the Finks motorcycle club.

The hearing will begin on July 23.
